What we collect
When you buy something, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if you give it) and what you ordered. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see them.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and support your order (to fulfil our agreement with you).
- To keep accounting records, as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires.
We do not send marketing, sell your data, or use tracking or advertising tools.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Printful — production and shipping of your order.
- Supabase — secure storage of order records (EU servers).
- Netlify — website hosting.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years, as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (bokføringsloven), and then deleted.
Cookies and storage
This site uses no tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a page reload; it never leaves your device until you check out. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies needed for secure payment and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. Data we must keep for bookkeeping cannot be deleted before the legal period ends. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
