Shipping

Every piece is printed or embroidered only after you order it. Once production is done, your order ships and you receive a shipping notice. We ship to Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Orders to countries outside the EU/EEA may be subject to local import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs.

Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal

Changed your mind? You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

• Email maxim.barkho@hotmail.com within 14 days, with your order details.
• Send the items back within 14 days after that. You pay the return shipping.
• Items should be unworn beyond trying on, unwashed and in their original condition.
• We refund the item price and the original shipping cost within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, with a print or embroidery fault, or in the wrong size or product, email us a photo and your order details. We will send a replacement or refund you — you pay nothing. You can report a fault up to two years after receiving the item.
